Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Univerra OS at os.univerra.sbs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Univerra OS is an AI-powered business operating system that provides:

• AI business co-founder (Brien) for strategic guidance
• Social media content generation and posting
• Email management and auto-replies
• Comment monitoring and response automation
• Domain verification and website AI assistants
• Business analytics and market research

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

4. Subscription Plans

Free Plan ($0/mo): One verified website, limited weekly content generation, and free-cycle Brien access.

Plus Plan ($20/mo): Up to 2 verified websites, continuous Brien access, Gmail features, daily image and text generation, and 10 regenerations per image.

Pro Plan ($40/mo): Up to 6 verified websites, everything in Plus, unlimited regenerations, higher content throughput, and advanced Brien operations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
• Violate any third-party platform's terms of service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform
• Share your account with unauthorized users
• Generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
• Generate, request, upload, sell, distribute, or facilitate NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually exploitative, or erotic content, including AI-generated sexual imagery or sexualized depictions of real or fictional people

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by Brien and our AI agents is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published or sent. Official social media publishing is not active unless the relevant platform integration is live and connected. All AI image-generation prompts are subject to automated content moderation before generation. We block prompts that are denied or flagged by our moderation systems.

7. AI Image Safety

Univerra OS may only be used to generate business-safe, professional content. You may not use our AI image tools to create adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, NSFW, fetish, escort, dating, sexualized-minor, non-consensual intimate, deepfake, face-manipulation, hateful, violent, illegal, or exploitative content. Attempts to bypass moderation or repeatedly submit prohibited prompts may result in suspension or termination.

8. Connected Platforms

When you connect third-party platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Gmail, etc.), you authorize Univerra OS to access and act on your behalf within the scope of permissions granted. You can revoke access at any time from Settings.

9. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all your business data, content, and intellectual property. We do not claim ownership of content generated for your business. You grant us a license to process your data solely for providing the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

Univerra OS is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated content, platform API changes, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
