How to delete your data from Univerra OS
You can request deletion of your data from Univerra OS at any time using any of the following methods:
Log in to your account → Go to Settings → Scroll to "Delete Account" → Confirm deletion. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Send an email to hello@os.univerra.sbs with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your registered email address. We will process your request within 30 days.
To remove only platform-specific data (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), go to Settings → Platform Connections → Click "Disconnect" on any platform. This immediately revokes access and removes stored tokens.
Data deletion is processed within 30 days of your request. During this period, your account will be deactivated immediately. After 30 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers.
